Update. I called back and it is a trunked line for Allegheny General Hospital.

Para evitar cualquier fraude via telefonica les hago una serie de recomendaciones: * Si tienen contestadora, no grabar sus nombres. * Si reciben cualquier llamada, no dejen que conteste menores de edad ya que son francos faciles de extraer informacion. * Si reciben cualquier llamada, la primera pregunta que deben realizar es ¿quien habla? si no contestan a esa pregunta, enseguida deben de colgar ya que estan en la espera de escuchar algun nombre o dato que puedan utilizar. Espero les sirva esta información.

I did not answer, because they keep calling day after day. Maybe two times or more a week. I try to avoid them by not answering when it rings.

Keeps calling and hanging up. I called the number back and it sounded like a fax or something.

Multiple calls stating that it urgent I return the call, and saying the are not trying to sell me anything.

Who ever they are I do not answer and they do not leave a message. When I do answer I here nothing. I am sick of their calls starting at 8:00 and sometimes up 9:00 PM

Caller left message with case number. When returned call, the greeting was a simple "Corporate." Asked who they were, they hung up. Called back, gave case number. "Ebony" stated she was a "sheriff" and had a summons for me, and they would bring it to me in 30 minutes. Told me to pay $1900 via credit card over the phone. I asked what her company name was, she said KRS, and could not define the acronym. I informed her of my rights under the FDCPA. She then said, "I'm not going to get into a battle of wits with you. I am more intelligent than you." I asked her what her badge number was, and she hung up.

They claim to be comcast, and ask for me by name. If they are told I am unavailable, they just hang up. If nobody answers, they dont leave a message. I am a comcast customer, so I called them to find out what they want....and they claim it is not them. what does one do in this situation
